Turkish giants Besiktas have completed the signing of Hoffenheim keeper Ramazan Ozcan on loan till the end of the season. Besiktas will pay Hoffenheim 200,000 euros as loan fee for the 25 year old. Ozcan himself will be paid 150,000 euros in five equal installments, with an additional 7,500 euros to be paid to him for every match he plays.
